Every Signature Is Timestamped and Version-Locked

Each collaborator logs in, reviews their assigned percentage, and applies a timestamped e-signature. The agreement is marked fully executed only when every party has verified — so no one's split is left exposed.

Export Your PDF and Register with Your PRO in One Step

Download a formatted PDF with all e-signatures and timestamps included, or submit your work directly to your PRO through our registration integration. Your royalties have a clear legal home the moment everyone signs.

Amend Agreements Without Losing Your Audit Trail

Changed a percentage or added a collaborator? Amend the split sheet and every party re-verifies the update — the original version is preserved in a locked audit trail so nothing is ever lost or disputed.

What artists and publishers are saying

We finished the track, sorted the splits, and had everyone signed before we packed up. I used to spend weeks chasing people to get a PDF back — and even then it never felt airtight.

As a publisher I need CAE numbers and PRO data on every agreement. SongSplits captures it all at registration and puts it right in the export — it replaced two tools we were paying for separately.

Flat-rate pricing matters when you're co-writing four or five tracks a week. I was spending more on per-deal fees than I was on my recording software, and I still had no automated payout routing.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your next session.

How much does SongSplits cost?
SongSplits charges a flat monthly rate — every plan is shown clearly on our pricing page with no per-agreement fees and no 'contact us' walls hiding the real cost. Active songwriters creating multiple agreements a month pay one predictable amount, not a compounding charge per deal.
Are the agreements legally binding?
Yes. Every agreement is executed with a timestamped e-signature from each collaborator and a version-locked audit trail. The split is marked fully executed only when all parties have verified — giving you a clear, enforceable record of who agreed to what and exactly when they agreed to it.
What if a collaborator doesn't have a SongSplits account yet?
We send them an invitation by email. They create a free account, review their assigned percentage, and apply their e-signature — the whole process takes under two minutes and doesn't require a paid plan to accept an invitation and verify a split.
Which PROs does SongSplits support for registration?
SongSplits currently supports direct work registration with SOCAN, with additional PRO integrations on the roadmap. Publisher accounts capture your CAE/IPI number and PRO affiliation at registration so they're always ready when you export or submit directly.
Can I update a split after everyone has already signed?
Yes. You can amend a verified split sheet at any time — change percentages, roles, or collaborators. The amendment requires every party to re-verify, and the original signed version is preserved in a locked audit trail for legal reference so the history is never erased.
